I was born in July 1983 and raised in a small town in Wales UK and I now live a few miles up the road. I was never the most popular child in my school years. I would often be the last one picked for any team activity. Like most children, a victim of bullying while growing up. However this has made me stronger, harder, and more determined in my adult life.

I left school in 1999 after doing averagely in my GCSEs. I was fortunate enough to get a job at an University as a web designer/developer when I was 17 and learnt my trade over a period of 6 years. I then got two other web developer roles with a local College and TV production company between 2006 and 2010.

In June 2010 I was made redundant from the TV production company as the broadcaster bought in cuts due to the recession. This is when I started my web design business.

In this blog I will be talking about my downhill journey in life over the past 2 years - diagnosed with severe depression a few days ago. And my road to recovery over the coming months and years. I hope this blog will help others who have, or are dealing with the same issues.
